The ET48500 DC rack power system is a high-density, carrier-grade power conversion solution tailored for core telecommunications hubs, enterprise-class data centers, and industrial sites where uninterrupted DC power is non-negotiable. It accepts single-phase 220VAC input via rear copper busbars—with no built-in circuit breaker—and provides a regulated DC output adjustable from –43VDC to –58VDC, nominally set at –53.5VDC. Scalable to a full 30kW output, the system achieves conversion efficiency greater than 96% across its operating range, helping to curb energy waste and lower total cost of ownership.
Built on a fully modular and fault-tolerant platform, the system supports up to ten 3000W rectifier modules in N+1 or enhanced redundancy configurations. Each hot-swappable module weighs less than 2kg and employs forced-air cooling together with active power factor correction (≥0.99) and low total harmonic distortion (THDi ≤5%), ensuring both grid stability and high-fidelity DC output. The entire assembly is contained within a 6U chassis designed for tool-less integration into standard 19-inch cabinets. Front-facing access enables rapid module replacement and service, while rear-side copper busbars support clean, high-current cabling. An IP20-rated enclosure provides basic mechanical protection during installation and operation.
